We have a realtor in the family we chose not to work with because TJ’s plan for the sale and purchase of our homes was spot on (it is going to be very awkward hosting the upcoming holiday in a new house when our family realizes we didn’t use them as our realtor, but we will never regret our decision to work with TJ).
